All products are "Made to Order Based on Individual Preferences and Requests," and are specially printed, cut, and produced.
All orders are shipped within 1 business day from the date and time the order is placed.
Once products enter production, cancellation, return, or exchange is not possible.
Before your products go into production, you can cancel your order within 1-2 hours after placing it by contacting us through this Contact Form.
Each product is made to order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if there are any issues with your product, please let us know, and we will find a solution for you.
